NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Dear Member,
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the members of the Kottayam Branch of SIRC of ICAI will be held on 16th July 2026 at 4:00 pm at ICAI Bhawan, Kollad, Kottayam-686004 to transact the following agenda:
- To receive consider and adopt the Annual Report of the Branch for the year ended 31st March 2026;
- To receive consider and adopt the Audited Financial Statements of the Branch for the year ended 31st March 2026 together with the Auditors Report thereon;
- Discussion on sale of Property in the name of ICAI at Kodimatha and
- To transact any other business that may be brought before the meeting with the permission of the chair
